Fitness Classes - classes are free to members - non-members pay €7.00 per class

Great New Classes now commenced including:

Powerful Abs, Legs,Bottoms & Hula, HI NRG, Boxercise, Step 2 Success, Fit Ball, Circuits, Step n Tone, Versa Train, Plyometrics 101, Aerobotone.  Aqua Splash classes are now on 3 mornings and 2 evenings each week.
